Life Skills are skills you need to make the most out of life. Life skills are associated with managing and living a better quality of life. They help us to accomplish our ambitions and live to our full potential. Most importantly, they help us relate to one another in a positive manner. Any skill that is useful in your life can be considered a life skill. Examples of life skills are: employability skills; conflict resolution; interpersonal skills, communication, and more. Many people battle with low self-esteem and confidence which has a negative impact on developing proper life skills.When you have the proper tools and strategies at your disposal, you have more control over your life and are happier and more productive.
